Quick Start Guide

Ready to get on the road? Have a look at this this handy guide to get Mystro all set up.
SET UP
Sign Up

1.
SIGN UP for Mystro by TAPPING the Get Started button.

2.
ENTER your Phone Number.

3.
TAP Next.

4. ENTER your Name and Email address.

5. TAP Next.

6.
A 4-digit Mystro code will be sent via Text. VERIFY your number by entering this code.

7. If you did not receive the code TAP Resend Code.

8. A 6-digit Lyft code will be sent via Text. ENTER this code in the boxes.

9. If you did not receive the code TAP Resend Code.

NOTE: If your email address is already in use you will be asked to verify your email address.
Log In

1. TAP the Get Started button in order to log in.

2. ENTER your Phone Number.

3. TAP Next.

4. A 4-digit Mystro code will be sent via Text. VERIFY your number by entering this code.

5. If you did not receive the code TAP Resend Code.

6. A 6-digit Lyft code will be sent via Text. ENTER this code in the boxes.

7. If you did not receive the code TAP Resend Code.


Accessibility Service

We use the accessibility service to interact with rideshare apps on your behalf.

1. TAP the Set-Up button.

2. Scroll down and SELECT Mystro Accessibility Service.

3. TOGGLE switch to ON position.

4. You’ll see an Accessibility Service warning dialogue. TAP Allow.

NOTE: If you get a “Screen Overlay Detected” dialogue message follow these instructions.

NOTE: If you are not taken to the Mystro app, restart your device and then repeat these steps.

NOTE: You may be prompted for a pin code when you enable the accessibility service. If so, enter the pin code you use to unlock your phone.
Overlay Settings

We use overlay settings to display banners when a trip is ignored.

1. TAP Set-Up button.

2. SELECT the Mystro app from the list.

3. TOGGLE switch to ON position..




Notification Settings

We use notification settings to suppress unwanted notifications from rideshare apps.

1. TAP the Set-Up button.

2. TOGGLE switch to On.

3. If you are presented with a "notification confirmation" dialogue screen, TAP Allow / OK.
Screen Reading

Mystro needs to view your screen in order to filter trips.

1. TAP Set-Up button.

2.
TAP Enable Screen Reading.

3.
TAP Start Now.
Storage Settings

Mystro needs access to storage for diagnostic logs and voice commands.

1. TAP Set-Up button.

2.
TAP Allow to access media.
(necessary to save logs to trouble app issues)

3.
TAP Allow to access audio.
(used for voice commands)
Set Up Complete

The permission setup is now complete.

1. TAP Go to Homescreen button.


DRIVE
Home Screen

Congratulations! You have arrived at the home screen.

1.
TAP Drive Now button to bring your rideshare apps online.

2.
TAP Stop Driving button to bring your rideshare apps offline.

NOTE: You must be logged into your rideshare apps in order for Mystro to bring them online.
Rideshare Services

1. TAP the Show more Uber Services to open Uber services you would like to use with Mystro.

2. Under Hide/Show Services, you can check/uncheck services according to your choice.

3. Tap OK to close the service menu.

NOTE: You can also do the same for Lyft (non-primary) by tapping on Lyft icon.


Primary App

When the app is first installed, Uber is set as Primary by default.

1. Select the rideshare app you'd like to use as your Primary App.

2. TAP Select to confirm your chosen rideshare app as the Primary App.


Switch Time

Number of minutes you will tolerate being idle with your primary app before switching your second app(s) online.

1. TOGGLE the slider to desired time.



Auto Accept

1. Enable Auto Accept for your desired services.

2. Customize Auto Accept for each service.

3. Minimum Surge - Allows you to filter out trips that don't meet your surge filter setting.

4. Minimum Pax Rating - Allows you to filter out passengers with poor ratings.

5. Minimum Time to Pax Pick-up - Allows you to set how much time you are willing to spend driving to a pick-up.

6. Long trip - Allows you to filter Uber and Lyft long trip requests (+45 min).

NOTE. It is very important to understand that Mystro does not suppress trips. Mystro automatically accepts trips based on the preferences you set.

If you choose not to accept a filtered request your acceptance rating with the rideshare apps will be affected accordingly.


TROUBLESHOOTING
Screen Overlay / Draw Over Settings

1.
If you get a "Screen overlay detected" dialogue screen TAP Open Settings.

2. Turn off Display Over Other Apps for all apps listed.

3. Use this method to TOGGLE every app in the list to the OFF position.


NOTE: If you are not taken to the Mystro app, restart your device and then repeat these steps.

NOTE: You may be prompted for a pin code when you enable the accessibility service. If so, enter the pin code you use to unlock your phone.

Head back to Overlay Settings to continue the onboarding process.
